Hello, I introduce myself, I am Luis Santibáñez, consultant and I will tell you a little about myself...
Graduated in Gastronomy from the Anahuac University, Le Cordon Bleu Mexico, I have managed to build a career of 10 years of experience, ranging from cooking to management in the hospitality industry, I have had the privilege of experiencing every facet of this exciting world. My journey began in the kitchen, cooking, chopping, directing and coordinating, that was where I forged my passion for culinary excellence, my foundations and knowledge.
Over the years, I was fortunate to climb to Executive Chef, Manager of A and B, to General Manager of a prestigious hotel, which has allowed me to combine my love for gastronomy with hotel management, learn all the operational and administrative processes, which has led me to specialize in this industry.
My goal in this blog is to share the knowledge acquired during my career and provide practical advice to entrepreneurs and hospitality and restaurant professionals.
